The Adams and Associates International MK Endowed Scholarship II
In 2003 Adams & Associates International funded a unique scholarship available to the children of long-term missionaries. Charleston Southern University, a Christian institution of higher learning located in Charleston, SC, administers the Adams & Associates International MK Endowed Scholarship II.
When the scholarship was announced in January 2004, one scholarship was expected to be available for the 2004-2005 academic year. Because of overwhelming response by MK students entering college, with over fifty inquiries, Adams &Associates International decided to meet this demand by funding five additional $1,000 scholarships for the 2004-2005 academic year.
Adams & Associates International and CSU are proud to have awarded nine $1,000 scholarships for the 2006-2007 academic year!
The scholarship is unique because qualified students do not have to attend Charleston Southern University to be eligible. Students will be considered if they attend other accredited Christian colleges or universities and their families are long-term missionaries associated with a member organization of EFMA (Evangelical Fellowship of Mission Agencies) or IFMA (Interdenominational Foreign Mission Association of North America).
"Adams & Associates International is proud to support this scholarship effort," commented Harold H. Adams, Jr., Chairman. "It is our intention to fund this scholarship further in the future, so we greatly encourage other individuals and organizations to get involved and make contributions."" ... click here to download application
