Transcripts and Diplomas


The Registrar’s Office maintains all current student and alumni academic records. Transcript copies and duplicate diplomas are available to alumni.

The cost for an official University transcript is $5.00. Transcripts are printed directly from the University’s database and can be mailed out or picked up within two to five business days.

The cost for a duplicate diploma is $50. These are printed by Jostens and take approximately three weeks to complete. Duplicate diplomas do not have the trustees’ or the president’s hand-written signatures on them.

Phone requests for transcripts or diplomas are not accepted. To request a copy of your transcript or new diploma, please fax or mail a written request to:

The following information must be included on the written request:
  • Current full name AND name on student record (if different)
  • Current address
  • Social security number and date of birth
  • Phone number
  • Name and address of where to send transcript copy
  • Signature of student requesting transcript
  • Accepted forms of payment are personal check (if mailing request or requesting in person), MasterCard, Visa or Discover. The card number, expiration date, and three- or four-digit verification code (found on the back of the card) must be included with a faxed request.
