Fall Resident Hall Check-In
Freshmen students- the check in day is the Friday
before classes begin for the fall. Check-In begins at 8am.
All Student Life staff are present and assist in freshmen
move-in. Students receive move-in packet that includes
Residence Hall contract, HIPPA form, and Room Condition
Agreement. Check our CSU events calendar for more info. Returning students- move in on the Sunday before classes
start.
Spring Resident Hall Check-In
Check- in is as follows: ONLY returning students who lived in the ResHalls in the fall can check in on Saturday from 1-5pm.
New and returning can check in on Sunday from 1-5pm.

Receive your room keys and FOB, if necessary
Each
resident will receive one room key. Residents of Russell
East, Russell
West, Women’s North, and Women’s
South will receive FOBs for hall access. The resident
is responsible for their key and FOB and the area
that they
access. Any lost or stolen keys will be replaced
for a $75 charge. Lost or stolen FOBs will be replaced
for
a
$25 charge.
2. Review the Student Handbook
All
of the Residence Life policies and procedures are
found in
the Residence Life Manual. Residents are encouraged
to
contact RA if questions or concerns arise. At the time
of check-in, residents must sign Student Code of Conduct,
HIPPA release forms, and complete Room Condition form to
be returned to Residence Life Staff the day of move-in.
Late
check-in is unacceptable. If for any reason a resident
needs to check-in late they must inform
their RLC at
least 48 hours in advance for arrangements
to be made.
