B.S. in Organizational Management
Charleston Southern University's accelerated Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management (BSOM) program provides a wide range of working professionals the ability to fit a degree program into their schedule and budget. Whether you work best from a home office or on the front porch, this degree provides the flexibility to learn from a variety of locations.
All courses are offered entirely online and do not require meeting at a specific time during a course. Although students have a virtual classroom, they are not alone in cyberspace. Professors and students exchange ideas in the course discussion boards, and technical support is available 24/7. The BSOM degree provides a comprehensive and well-rounded organizational management curriculum.

Our students come from a variety of backgrounds and locations. Whether this is your
first college experience, or you are seeking degree completion, you will feel at home

Time To CompletionStudents can earn their bachelor's degree in 1-4 years, dependent upon transfer credit. Each
class is completed in a seven week, accelerated term. Students can take up to 3 classes
in each term and there are six terms per year.

The BSOM is 125 hours total, and students may receive transfer credit for prior classes and military experience.
By filling out a FAFSA, students may be eligible for federal student loans and Pell grants. Students can also use tuition reimbursement, private scholarships and private loans. >>Financial Aid Information
