Charleston Southern is growing at such a high pace that the need for additional resources is vital to continue offering students the highest quality Christian education.

The following are a few of the projects that are in the fundraising stage.

Christian Leadership Center

The goal of the Christian Leadership Center is to provide a platform for enriching future business and community leaders at all levels of society. Its programs will educate minds and hearts by integrating faith in learning, leading and serving, helping develop a value system that reflects a Christian worldview, and stimulate a sense of personal responsibility.

The building will house approximately 20,000 square feet of classrooms, offices and meeting spaces at the northeast corner of the Reflection Pond.

This building will anchor a spirit of place that will help to meet Charleston Southern’s growth needs and distinctly express our spiritual mission. The Christian Leadership Center will enrich our emerging student-leaders by enhancing academic excellence in our Christian environment.

Athletic Complex

This facility will allow Charleston Southern University to remain competitive, both academically and athletically, in NCAA Division 1 and the Big South Conference.

The Athletic Complex will be located at the north end of the football stadium and will house locker rooms and football staff offices.

Science Building

As part of a $31 Million capitol-spending plan, Charleston Southern University has completed the science building. This building of 50,000 square feet houses high tech classrooms, labs, and lecture halls, as well as cutting edge scientific equipment.
