Captain Letricia M. Baxley

BIO

Captain Letricia M. Baxley is the Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies for Detachment 772 at Charleston Southern University in Charleston, South Carolina.  She is responsible for recruiting and training highly qualified men and women with the intent of developing them into the next generation of Air Force leaders. In addition, Captain Baxley instructs senior-level curriculum which covers National Security Studies.

Captain Baxley is a 2007 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. In her initial assignment, she worked as a Military Training Officer and Intercollegiate Manager at the U.S. Air Force Academy Prep School. Later, she served as a Human Factors and Test Analyst for the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC). She then she served as a Program Manager for Foreign Military Sales and the  Upgraded Early Warning Radar Program while assigned at Hanscom AFB, MA. In August of 2013, Captain Baxley deployed to Afghanistan as a Government Technical Product Representative where she was instrumental in the closure of eleven bases.
