Dr. Kenneth Oh is an Associate Professor of Management in the School of Business at Charleston Southern University. He received his bachelor's degree in communication & journalism from Seoul National University, a master of business administration from University of Wisconsin at Madison, and a doctor of philosophy in strategic management and international business from University of Texas at Dallas.
Before joining Charleston Southern University, he served on the faculty at University of Missouri-St. Louis and Penn State University-Altoona.
Prior to joining academia, Dr. Oh spent most of his business career working in the strategic and organizational issues of multinational companies in the management consulting industry as a principal and senior management consultant in Deloitte & Touche Management Consulting and Ernst & Young Management Consulting.
Dr. Oh's teaching interests include Strategic Management, International Business/Management, Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, Principles of Management, Project Management and Faith Integration within the Marketplace. His primary areas of research include Corporate Strategy, Corporate Political Strategy, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, Organization Theory, and Global MNC Strategy and Operations.
Management International Review, Asian Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of Multinational Corporation Strategy, International Journal of Business and Management and others. His research has been presented at the Academy of Management, Academy of International Business, Eastern Academy of Management, Eastern Academy of Management International, and other conferences.
