Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice
After practicing law for more than 20 years, Dr. Mark Wise retired to become an Assistant Professor in the Criminal Justice Department in 2017.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Pace University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Virginia, South Carolina.
He is an experienced litigator having tried numerous criminal cases as an Assistant District Attorney, Assistant Public Defender and in his own practice.
Dr. Wise has served as an adjunct professor for numerous universities including, Central Texas College, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Roger Williams University, and the George Mason University-School of Law.
