Application Procedure

Request an application form by writing or calling the Evening College, Charleston Southern University, PO Box 118087, Charleston, South Carolina 29423-8087, 843-863-7525 or 800-951-7496 or you may apply online.

Enclose a fee of $30.00 with the application form when it is returned to the Office of Admissions.

Submit official transcripts from all colleges previously attended. Transfer students may be admitted to CSU without submitting SAT (or ACT) scores and a high school transcript under the following conditions:

The transfer student has successfully completed at least 24 transferable credit hours at a regionally accredited college or university earned a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 (on a 4-point scale) in the transferable credit hours courses equivalent to Mathematics 111 and English 111 at CSU are included in the transferable credit hours.

Once you have been accepted for admission to the University an appointment can be set with an Academic Advisor through the Evening College office at (843) 863-7525 or toll-free 800-951-7496. Also, all Bachelor of Management Arts (BMA) applicants must complete an additional application to be accepted into the BMA program. The additional application is available online in pdf format.
