Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training: A major in athletic training consists of 71 hours. This major requires successful completion of practical field experience with the Athletic Training Education Program. This program maintains national accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE). The objective of this program is to prepare graduates to enter a variety of career settings and to render care to a wide spectrum of individuals engaged in physical activity.
