Ebrary ebooks are included in the CSU Library Catalog and in the Discover Search, or you may search ebrary directly at http://site.ebrary.com/lib/charlesouth. Login to your personal ebrary account to take advantage of additional functionalities including setting a default citation format, highlighting and note taking within the text, adding hyperlinks to the text, saving books to a personal bookshelf, downloading content for offline use, and access to iOS and Android mobile apps. On-campus users will be prompted to login to ebrary when they need to use one of the additional functions or when they click the Sign In link. Off-campus users will login as usual to library resources and are then automatically logged in to their personal ebrary accounts. Discover Search Facilitates Research

The CSU Library's new Discover Search allows you to search the library catalog and multiple databases at the same time. A single search box located on the redesigned library web page easily guides you into this powerful research tool. For tips and suggestions on how to use the facets to broaden or narrow your results, click on the What am I searching? link under the search box. Databases may still be searched individually if you prefer by selecting them from the Databases tab.

Myra Jinks Retires

Mrs. Myra Jinks has retired after 31 years in the CSU Library. "Mrs. Myra," as the student-workers called her, was a mainstay at the Circulation Desk during afternoons, evenings, and on Sundays. She had an uncanny ability to track down misplaced books and was the Library's resident expert on Reserve items. She will be missed. Thank you, Myra, and best wishes for a wonderful retirement!
