Ministries



Women’s Ministry – This is season one of intentionally reaching the women on the CSU campus. We are looking forward to providing spiritual discipleship and mentoring for the women on-campus through building relationships. There will be opportunities to grow in your relationship with the Lord, fellowship with other believers, and serve the community. As scheduled events come up we will post them here.

BCM – Baptist Collegiate Ministries is a group of students who are called to serve the Lord on-campus. There are different ministries that BCM leads throughout the school year such as See You At The Pole, Prayer ministry and other events. They also encourage students to attend the Collegiate Beach Weekend in January and the HUB Leadership Weekend in April that are sponsored by the SC Baptist Convention. CRU – Campus Crusade for Christ meets every Tuesday night at 8 p.m. in the Brewer Center Lounge. They have a corporate time of worship and evangelism training followed by small discipleship groups.

CO – Campus Outreach is a ministry through East Cooper Baptist Church that does intentional outreach to students who are not necessarily seeking a thriving Christian worship service. They have organized discipleship groups that meet all throughout the week.

FCA – Fellowship of Christian Athletes is a ministry outreach to the athletes at CSU. Every team has their own chaplain that leads them in Bible study and serves them. There is also a group meeting on the first Monday night on each month with music, food and fellowship.

One Accord Gospel Choir meets every Wednesday night in the Brewer Center Lounge for practices and Bible Study. They travel around South Carolina to serve the local churches and college gospelfests. 

Ministry Teams are groups of students who travel to churches across the state of SC to serve youth groups, children ministries and church families. They do weekend DiscipleNow events, Revivals, and other needs. They travel on select weekends throughout the semester.

New Vision – is a traveling ensemble that travels across the state to lead church worship services. Find out more about the group and their schedule here.
