Operation Christmas Child

Charleston Southern University and Samaritan’s Purse have teamed up for Operation Christmas Child! Since 1993, more than 100 million boys and girls in over 130 countries have experienced God’s love through the power of simple shoebox gifts ...from Operation Christmas Child.
CSU students, faculty, staff, alumni and local community supporters will join together on Thursday, November 21 for a packing party! Our goal is to pack 2,000 shoeboxes. Can you help? If you own a business and can provide items, we’d love your help. If your church would like to donate, we’d love your help. If you’d like to personally help, by packing boxes or donating items, we’d love your help.

Charleston Southern University and Operation Christmas Child is  collecting items to include in our shoeboxes for our packing party on Thursday, November 21. Here are some upcoming athletic events you can drop off your items at:

November 13: CSU Basketball (toothbrushes toothpaste sandwich bags)

November 20:CSU Basketball (soap, wash clothes, sandwich bags)

Campus Ministries

Campus Ministries

We don't believe that our students are the church of tomorrow. We believe that they are the church of today. Campus Ministries provides a network of resources to connect students.

Engage encourages a spirit of service between the CSU family and the local community. Matthew 20:28 states, “Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
