The consulting firm of AES Engineers is committed to continuing its support of higher education by providing scholarships to deserving students. The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of character, as determined by evaluating the essays that are submitted. Amount of award: $500. Deadline is every October.
Adventographer Travel Scholarship
Adventographer believes that travel is a catalyst for change, for personal growth, for acceptance and tolerance. The Adventographer staff are proud to offer a biannual $1500 scholarship to one lucky applicant in the fall and spring semesters. Students will submit a photo that they took while traveling (locally or abroad). A 1000-word short format essay of why that memory or moment is special to them is also required. There are no limits aside from your creativity. – Any photo you took while traveling can compete! Applications for the Fall semester are due September 1. ASCO Numatics Engineering College Scholarship
ASCO Numatics will award two, $5,000 scholarships to engineering students who are pursuing careers in industrial automation-related disciplines. The scholarships are merit-based and will be awarded on the candidate's potential for leadership and for making a significant contribution to the engineering, instrumentation, systems, and automation professions, particularly as they relate to the application of fluid control and fluid power technologies. Scholarship recipients may be eligible for an ASCO Numatics internship. The deadline to apply is April.
AT&T $1,000 ScholarshipPut on your thinking caps and show off your knowledge about all things Internet! Create an infographic that depicts how the growth around the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart devices are creating smart cities and what efficiencies have come from it. Your infographic should be original, factual, engaging, and fun. The winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
Baptist Foundation of South Carolina Trustee Scholarship
The Baptist Foundation awards Trustee scholarships annually from funds contributed by the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. A minimum of three trustee scholarships are awarded annually to undergraduate students pursuing degrees related to Christan vocations. BigSun Athletic Scholarship
The BigSun Organization is proud to be able to help young athletes succeed in their academic pursuits. All student athletes are eligible for this award, regardless of which sport they are participating in. A 500-1,000 word essay is required in order to apply for the scholarship.
CampusRN Scholarship Program Campus RN
CampusRN has launched a new scholarship program in conjunction with the creation of the CampusRN state edition network. This nationwide scholarship program is the most comprehensive of its kind for nursing programs and nursing students because it features scholarship winners from six different regions across the country in which CampusRN has launched state edition sites. CampusRN will award six $2500 scholarships to needy and deserving nursing students in each region. The deadline for applications is May 1 of each year.
CG Fuller Foundation Scholarship
Applicants for this scholarship must be a South Carolina resident, an incoming freshman, demonstrate financial need, academic achievement & leadership qualities. Applicant must score at least an 1100 on SAT (reading and math) or 24 on ACT (composite). The family's adjusted gross income must be $60,000 or less. Deadline to submit the application is April 1st of each year.

Christian Community Credit Union Scholarship
Christian Community Credit Union offers Scholarships for Success to its members attending College, a University, or Seminary. Eligible students must be full-time undergraduates enrolled in at least 12 hours per semester or graduate students enrolled in six or more hours per semester. The maximum scholarship is $4,000 for Undergraduate students; $2,000 for Graduate students. Application for membership and scholarship can be submitted at the same time. Applications must be submitted by the end of March.
Church Mutual Insurance Company Foundation Religious Scholars Program
The Church Mutual Insurance Company Foundation is offering a $5,000 scholarship for graduate students that are studying to go into the Ministry. As part of their mission to Protect the Greater Good, the foundation believes helping young, vibrant religious leaders today will ensure strong faith-based communities of tomorrow. The Religious Scholars Program is open to full-time students across the country who are in an advanced degree-seeking religious studies program. Students serving in their final year of an internship program are also eligible to apply. Students across all denominations are encouraged to apply.

Many companies have scholarship programs for their employees and/or their dependents. Students and parents should check with the personnel office of their company to see if such benefits are available.
Exchange Club Scholarship
The Exchange Club of Charleston offers a community-based scholarship every year to students who have at least a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate need, live in the tri-county area, have completed their freshman year of college and have a recent history of involvement in community service. Gavalas Kolanko Foundation
The Gavalas Kolanko Foundation (GKF) is proud to award scholarships to students with physical impairments (sight, hearing, movement) at Charleston Southern University. The scholarship can be renewed for up to a total of four years. A transcript is required to be sent each academic year by the student in order to be eligible for renewal. A full application is required the first application year.

J. E. Sirrine Scholarship Program
The J.E. Sirrine Scholarship was established in 1973 and provides scholarship assistance to high school seniors of the 14 Greenville County high schools in Greenville, South Carolina, who have met the academic and financial need criteria as set forth in the Sirrine guidelines.
A high school graduate may also apply for the Sirrine Scholarship up to three years after the date of graduation. The scholarship is renewable.
Checks in the amount of the scholarship award are payable directly to the designated college and sent to the financial aid office of that institution.
Mary G. Webster Scholarship Fund of the Palmetto Land Title Association
The Palmetto Land Title Association is offering a $1,000 scholarship to a rising sophomore, junior, or senior. Eligible students must be a South Carolina resident, enrolled in a four-year South Carolina university or college, and majoring in a business related field.
Mensa Foundation Scholarship Program
American Mensa Education and Research Foundation and the local chapter, Piedmont Area Mensa, offer scholarships based on 550-word essays about educational, career, and life goals. National Transportation Week Incorporated Scholarship
Local sponsors of the National Transportation Week Incorporated Scholarship are offering up to ten (10) scholarships that range from $1,000 to $5,000 for the 2017-2018 academic school year. Affiliated members of NTW or students pursuing a degree in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management are eligible for this scholarship. S.C. Association of CPAs (SCACPA) Educational Fund
The Educational Fund is offering scholarships that range from $500 to $2,500 for the 2015-16 academic year. Eligible students must be a South Carolina resident, full-time student, rising junior or senior majoring in accounting (or master's degree student) at a South Carolina college or university and have a minimum 3.25 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).

Straight North STEM Scholarship
With Internet marketing becoming more complex and challenging by the day, successful execution requires a solid education. Veteran Benefits Scholarship
VeteranAid.org is proud to announce their annual scholarship for advancement in higher education. Scholarship amount is $2,000. Students will need to write a short biography, write an essay, and sign a scholarship agreement in order to apply.
